15x15 tent has 225 square feet of space, it can fit around 18-25 guests for a seated dinner, 28-30 for a buffet, and up to 40 for a standing cocktail party.We use stakes to secure tents on grass/turf areas. Additional fees will be added for tent weights where stakes can't be used.

15x30 tent can fit about 75 guests standing or 40-50 guests seated at tables, depending on the layout. 20x20 Pole tent $300
A 20x20 pole tent provides 400 square feet of covered space with a classic, high-peak design, ideal for a range of outdoor events from backyard parties to commercial functions. It typically accommodates around 32-80 guests depending on the seating arrangement.
